Baked Bacon-Wrapped Ribs
As I had said in an earlier post, tonight is the last night I’ll be cooking for the Tabligan household, so I wanted to make it extra special. Voila! I made baked bacon-wrapped ribs. They loved it. :)
The man you marry will be a very very lucky dude. he might die of heart disease early but I’m betting he’d take one look at those bacon wrapped creations of awesome and decide it was worth it. :]

Almost Famous
This is probably my ultimate favorite movie. I even chose a scene from it as my monologue in high school, senior year. I just don’t know why I didn’t realize sooner how weak a person Russell Hamond was. I’m glad he at least got to pull through at the end of the movie, though. Gave me hope.

Fresh salsa I made a few days ago. Goes great with chips, fish, and even grilled steak. :)
Tonight will be the last time I will make dinner for the Tabligan household, where I am currently living. I’m thinking baked ribs and maybe shrimp? I’m not sure. Do you guys have any suggestions?
